Terrible. They broke our stuff. Offered a reduced rate and offered to fix everything, spent weeks and even months of looking for the owner..,, Full voice mails, unresponsive to emails. When he did respond he says he changed his mind and won't fix it. Hundreds of dollars in damage, so we filed a complaint with the BBB. The owner Grady Anderson has refused to cooperate with BBB to resolve the matter. Also operates as Rite Now Movers. Both appear to have now lost their rating w/ BBB.

The experience was awful. I was quoted a price in the beginning and given a different one in the end. Several of my items have been broken. I am still waiting for them to get my marble top hairdresser which they broke. I moved twice. I moved out of one unit into a storage unit and then out of the storage to here. For the first time it was $ 175 and for the second time it was $ 187.50. Their rates are very reasonable but the service is awful. They are not professionals. They landed half our late. They broke the marble top during the first move. When I moved here they told me $ 75 an hour. It took 2 hours and I was trying to help them. When we moved here it was $ 150 but they told me it was $ 187.50 and I owed them $ 37.50. They said it was business. I asked them where the top was for my hairdresser. He told me it was fixed and they had to move it from one place and they didn’t bring it with them. That was on a Saturday. I called on Monday, he never answered and he never returned my call. I called him back on Tuesday and he said it wasn’t fixed right and now he is taking it somewhere else. If they don’t fix it right he said he will replace it. I spoke to him last Tuesday and I haven’t heard from him since. I am going to give him time till tomorrow and call him. It was hairdresser that I got from my grandmother. When I put the marble top on it then I can hook the mirror up and without the top I can’t put it together. I would not recommend them. I would not use them again in the future.
