Tom arrived on time and was kind enough to give us a discount because a member in the family is in law enforcement/fire/military. This particular house was a ''flip'' house so he even called around ahead of time to fellow inspector buddies for opinions on the workmanship of the contractor. He was very thorough from top to bottom, corner to corner, inside and out. He encouraged us to tag along and ask any questions. He explained every step and offered suggestions for future repairs/improvements. At the end of the day, we had a written, detailed report and Tom even gave us a housewarming gift - ''Mr. Fix-It'', Tom Feiza's book on home maintenance. He told us we can call him anytime with questions. Tom is very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. We had a very pleasant and educational day with Tom.
