He came out to refinish my bathroom on September 15th. After he did this the finish started peeling a couple months later. He came back to fix it, but it started peeling again even worse the second time.
Rebuttal to company response: I have a copy of the check from my bank, I clearly paid Renew It All, $630.00, check #7420. He is being dishonest in his response. He did the surrounding tile and the bathtub. He said I had a leak, I do not have a leak. I don't understand why the company is lying. I have an envelope full of the finish that is peeling off the top of my tub. I'm not sure what he used, but it's gritty, not smooth.

"1. Standard procedure cover faucet and shower head first. 2. Job was for tub - only - cost $311.00 Have no idea why she is asking $630.00 3. Problem. Leaking faucet - told her about this problem first thing. Water and paint do not mix and not to use tub for 24 hours. In the first week, I repaired damage (peeling) areas."

WHILE HE WAS ON TIME, & RESPONDED QUICKLY WHEN I CONTACTED HIM, THE TUB WORK IS NOT SMOOTH, & THE WORK AROUND THE FIXTURES IS CRUDDY LOOKING, & THE CAULKING IS LOOSE ALREADY.

THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK WAS SLOPPY, WE HAD THEM COME BACK AND DO IT A SECOND TIME AND IT STILL WAS NOT DONE TO OUR SATISFACTION - THERE WERE DIRTY STREAKS AND A LOT OF DRIPS.
