I should also note that I first called one of the guys who advertises heavily on the radio, when I had a problem with a furnace in my first property. Not having anywhere else to turn, I had them install a new one at MORE THAN TWICE what Wade charged me for new furnaces at other properties.
He cleans up and does neat ductwork, too. My highest recommendation.
