+ 0 moreThe experience was great! His service was above and beyond what we had expected. We did not get the chair from Relax the Back, but they still helped us with our problem. And to top it off, he didn't even charge us for everything that he did.
Description of Work: They sell and repair ergonomic furniture. We had bought an ergonomic chair 6 years ago from a different company and it stopped working; we called Relax the Back and a gentleman came to our home and spent over an hour with us, made contact with the manufacturer of the chair which helped him to manually adjusted the chair so my wife could once again use it.
