They were a lot cheaper than everyone else and the service was done quickly. I would definitely use them again in the future.

I had some computer issues caused by a virus/malware on my Windows 7 laptop. The problems were well beyond my computer knowledge so I took it to Record Head based upon a family members recommendation.
I took it in on Sunday and had it back Monday evening completely cleaned up and running like new! Jason, the computer tech, was very helpful and able to save all my data, photos, music etc. He also installed MSE, a simple to use virus protection program, and directed me towards many safe, recommended and free virus protection programs.
Having store hours on Sunday was a real life saver and having the laptop back so soon was icing on the cake.

I went to several other places who said they would charge anywhere between $200 and $250 for the part needed. When I brought it here, they found the part on ebay for around $60 and installed it very cheaply as well.
I also had a few older, unusable computers and they took them and recycled them for me.
