R&R Enterprises

R&R Enterprises is a total powerhouse team. Ryan corresponded with us to pick out materials and worked within our expedited time frame to accommodate our upcoming backyard wedding. Watching them unload materials and switch between tasks was a thing of beauty. Ryan was working with his team on site every day from start to finish. They were really considerate to avoid trampling existing plants and grass. And knowing we needed our yard done for a wedding, they took extra time and care to leave the site beautiful and photo ready. We couldn’t be more thrilled with how it looks.

Work and clean up was well done and in a timely manner.

Ryan seeded lot. After winter,about 1/3 of lawn was dead. After consulting other lawn professionals,it was determined that a lot of seasonal rye seed was used. Ryan dragged his feet coming out to look at the lawn. Then he blamed it on winter and said he would slit seed lot if I would pay for materials. I reluctantly agreed. We had it set for him to do the work between the 3rd and 4th week of June. When I contacted him the start of the 4th week of June, he said I never contacted him. I forwarded him the e-mail I sent him in May okaying the work. He admitted to missing my e-mail and then said he was backed up and wouldn't be able to get to it for weeks. I have never worked with somebody so uninterested in his customers and provide zero customer service. I told him to forget coming back to fix his screw up, although I'm sure he wasn't excited to do it. He did convey to me that I didn't pay for his services,the builder did........Well who paid the builder ??????

Ryan and his team did an awesome job. We are thrilled with their work. Even though Ryan was having to deal with some trying family issues, he still made sure our job was completed within our timeframe and to our satisfaction. We will definitely use Rand R again as we continue to add to our landscaping. Hopefully the lawn, trees, and plants make it through the harsh winter we are having.

I found them in the newspaper. He is a terrific job. His estimate was the lowest. We have a small backyard within a fence. He was clean, prompt, and did a wonderful job.
