The owner of the company in remodeling business since 1992. In US since 1998. Company have one employee (owner), but can hire trusted sub-contractors and serve as General Contractor to supervise all project make sure everything done properly and in time. We accept payment by check. Payment options depends on the size of the project. Down payment (15-20%) when we sign contract and last payment by final invoice (15-20%) in 5-7 business days after project is done and final inspection is past. We provide free estimate and provide free design & drawings if customer sign the contract.
