After visiting other big box stores such as Best Buy, went to this RadioShack. They are very good at describing the differences in features between various models in layman's terms so you can make an informed decision. Right up front they told us they were not carrying the boxes in stock but would mail them directly to our home upon placing the order. Sure enough, the box arrived within a few weeks. It was less expensive than boxes with fewer features at other stores and works fine. In the past the RadioShack have helped us by phone whenever we had problems (e.g., installing equipment); they even drew up a wiring schematic to assist us. They are very knowledgable and helpful, and although they may not carry all the brands other stores offer, the ones they have are a good value and work just as well.
