I have used them off and on for 13 years. We have three furnaces and they serviced all of those for over a 13 year time frame. The service was always great with them.

I have worked with them a lot and it was wonderful. They are very honest and responsive. We have had them do everything from minor little repairs to where a bird was stuck in a pipe all the way up to replacing a whole furnace. Everything has been done with care and expertise, but also in the most cost effective way possible.

My furnace was getting louder when it got really cold and was running a lot. Randy at R & D Heating has been our furnace man for over 20 years and we called him on a Sunday (we still had heat).
He came on Monday afternoon, had the exhaust motor needed on his truck, and swapped it out for a new one. While in the bowels of the furnace he checked out everything else in there and found it satisfactory. Furnace was back to being quiet, I didn't have to worry about not having heat during a cold snap, and everything was wonderful. Randy is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.
