They started Oct 25, four days behind schedule and worked Oct 25, 29, 30, and 31. I noticed fresh concrete was about one inch too low on front stoop and told Mario. He corrected it. I noticed that the back form had to be cut off about a foot or two to get the proper positioning of the sidewalk and told Mario. He corrected that. I noticed that Mario had not set the form by my garage apron according to the written plan and told him. He corrected that. I noticed that the crew damaged my garage vinyl baseboard in a couple places and my garage vinyl corner post and told Mario. He told me the concrete would cover most of the baseboard, which it did not. After the job, I noticed that they did not put expansion partitions between the stoops and the abutting sidewalks. On Nov 20, three weeks after they finished the job, I noticed that the parking slab was 2 and 1/2 inches short of the plan. Although the above seems bad, overall things look OK, but I am mad about the 2 and 1/2 short.
Description of Work: They removed and replaced concrete around my house and garage, including sidewalks, front and back stoops/porches, and parking slab and apron to alley by garage.
