The quality of the work done by Quality Seal roofing was excellent, and the cost was reasonable. The previous roof was old and not installed properly.  There was leaking and damage inside the home due to ice damming.  They did the new roof installation so that these problems would not reoccur. They also worked with me to coordinate work being done by other contractors, which required changing the proposal twice, and were very pleasant to work with.

Quality Seal did a great job on our new roof. It took 2.5 days to complete all of the work. The workers were friendly and respectful. The contracting process was relatively simple. Some of the funds came from an escrow account and they had no problem working with the bank. Half of the funds were paid before the work began. The last day of roofing the company was asking for the remaining payment. They seemed overly anxious for payment. We paid a few days later when we knew we were satisfied. We recommend them and would use them again. Neighbors have even commented on what a good job they did.

Hugo and his team were excellent to deal with throughout the process. They stuck to their commitments and were very flexible in coming up with solutions to some of the biggest challenges on the roof project. Overall, we are very satisfied with the work that Quality Seal performed and the outcome of the project.
I would highly recommend Quality Seal to other customers and would use them again in a heartbeat!

I needed a new roof and got 5 different bids. Quality seal was the lowest. I went with Quality seal because of the long list of reference they gave me. I actually went to the properties, looked at the roof, and talked to the owners. They were all really happy.
My experience was excellent, the only thing is that worried me was 4 hrs into the first day of the tear off my yard was a mess. Hugo (the owner) assured me that they clean up at the end of the day and that at the end of the project that the yard would be perfect. I am happy to report that they cleaned up great. Overall I am really happy and would use them again.
I got this work done in July 2010 when I bought the house but just re-subscribed to angies list so I thought I would put it in.
