QUALITY HOME INTERIOR IMPROVEMENTS

Removal of wallpaper and painting of walls was done well,however, the trim painting and door painting had areas where excess caulk had not been smoothed out, drops of paint were noticed on the doors after work was finished. Door has had problems,door not installed level,company did not initially install top support of door, when called on it,he stated he didn't know what to do with it. He had also thrown out the warranty on the door,another copy eventually was obtained. Another installer look at door,said it was hung wrong,we had to order new parts to replace the sides. Company was notified by email of door problems and did reimburse us for a portion of the cost.

We gave Jeff a picture of the type of railing we liked and his design exceeded our expectations. Nice cedar rails with copper post caps. Did all in one day (in lousy weather). Also designed and built 6 x 6 cedar garbage can corral to hide our cans & provide storage. Designed it so 2 sides open w/ gate. Squeaky, loose steps to basement now seem like new. Very prompt in completing work, appreciated since he charges by the hour ($35) + materials. Railings have recd many compliments from neighbors. Few minor material glitches which Jeff corrected promptly. Do recommend you get materials estimate before commencing work. We plan on using Jeff for a number of other projects in and around our house.
