She installed the window in about 0 degree weather and then also cleaned the windows in that area of the house. She does great work and I would recommend her to anyone. Her only downfall is she is very busy.

The sell a great service. The owner is says all the right things. The key to this job was to make sure the same crew was sent each time. Sadly, it was a different crew every time. The elderly woman in question can be difficult at times, and the crew was polite and helpful - but in the end, didn't clean very well. We asked them several times to return to finish the job - and they failed to resound in a timely manner (say 2-3 days). There always seemed to be an excuse. In the end, the charged more than the agreed upon price - without any notice this was what they were planning on doing. After several arguments with the owner, we ended up partying ways.

I'm sure this person does well for people that are not particular about cleaning.

She was very nice and the pricing was okay but she was a little flaky when I talked to her about what I wanted done that's why I didn't go with her. When you have somebody to clean you want somebody to follow directions...she was flaky but other than that she was nice.

Deep clean of kitchen.

She is great. She is very friendly and very flexible with my schedule. I have had to reschedule a few times and she was willing to come whenever I needed her. She is very thorough and wonderful with cleaning the house. All in all it has been a good experience. She is very reasonable.

I decided to use this company based off of reviews I saw on Angie's List. I paid them an hourly rate which was a little high.

See above. Does a detailed job, notes little things, like wiping things down, Very nice to come home to the surprise of the closed storm windows, which had also been cleaned on the insides.

She surprised me one day by closing my storm windows for me. She cleaned them out too. I had taken the air conditioner out and it was kind of heavy. I was going to have to drag it over to the closet where I store it for the winter. It is not an easy thing to do and she did it for me. She charges $25 an hour and she is usually here for 3 to 4 hours. Once in a while she is a little bit late but that doesn't matter and it is no big deal. I will absolutely continue to use her.

She always is on time, and does a terrific job! She goes above and beyond what we require. We are extremely pleased with her service, and would highly recommend her.

Theresa Winter is the owner of Progressive Housekeeping. She was awesome. She was very thorough. She wasn't cheap, but she did an excellent work and you get what you pay for. She was punctual. I would absolutely recommend her to others. I am definitely going to hire her again in the future.

She is extremely well organized and never stops working. She manages to clean things that no one has ever thought to clean in the past. You can have a great conversation with her and she never stops working. She is absolutely phenomenal.

Overall Theresa did a great job. She made my master bathroom shine like it did when it was brand new, which must have taken hours due to hard water issues. She was very friendly, arrived on time, and tended to my (rather annoying) dog like a pro. I trust her with my belongings and will definitely use her again. My one complaint was that I asked her to concentrate on my small bathroom and kitchen, and while they looked ok, I still had some cleaning to do. She also forgot about a couple of ceiling fans. Not a big deal at all, and overall I was very happy with the quality of work for the money.

She did a really good and meticulous job. If she notices dust, she will just get the ladder and cleans it. I have dust allergy and what I have noticed is that the dust in places you can’t see were the problem and she cleans all that. I have not had my allergies for a while now. I don’t think anybody would pay attention to details as much as she does. She does good quality work. You will have to make some adjustments with the appointment. She definitely keeps her work when she commits to come. She is always on time.

Arrived on time, CLeaned Really well. I was here for the fist hour or so, then left. VERY detailed oriented, did not miss one speck of dust or dirt. Mirrors are not just clean, they shine, and she did this using winegar and water; never knew it worked that well. Clean around fixtures with a toothbrush. I really enjoyed the wonderful fresh smell when I came home, and an sneezing less due to dust gone off of windown blinds. If you have allergies and need to go on an all out dust removal regime, this is the cleaner for you.

She is a marvel. I cannot say enough about how supportive and helpful she is to me. She is always prompt, keeps up good communication should schedule need to change. Not only does she clean with zeal, but she is tall and can reach things extremely well. She is remarkably talented in fixing things. She cleans my carpet professionally once a month. She is very good with my two cats. She cleans weekly.
