Job went great. Proserv was very responsive and reasonably priced based on several quotes. The plumber on our job showed care for our house and worked to get our bathroom functional quickly.

The remodel went fine. No one was living in the house so we put a lock Box on the door and ProServ and his contractors could come and go when ever. So no scheduling issues. We were at the house a lot working on other projects so we could observe their progress. The guys worked hard and did quality work.

I've had Jon at ProServ do a number of jobs for me. We continued to be satisfied and we continue to use him.

It went fantastic!  They were able to come the next day.  The plumber was timely, extremely friendly & informative.  Did the job in a timely manner and also noticed that the air gap hose was not installed properly so he took care of that as well.
Cleaned up after himself and was on his way.  
I've used Pro Serv in the past and they always do a great job and offer a competitive price.

I truly appreciate when the service provider is knowledgeable and fair. These guys try to find ways to help save you money while accomplishing the end goal. They were able to do some awesome things in moving my furnace and water heater to be out of the way so we could have the space to build a nice rec room.

It was a referral from my son. The guy stayed and figured out what was wrong with it. He didn't have to replace any parts but he cleaned out some leaves. My son's realtor recommended this company and said that they were prompt and reasonable and they were. At that point, I called them when I needed furnace work. They also installed humidifier for me earlier last year.

He is reasonable. He is never the highest nor the lowest. He is always the most reliable. His whole staff is perfect, professional and reliable. They are always on time. They are excellent and I have never had to question anything that he has done. I do refer him constantly.

They made the process so easy for me! Did the work n while I was at work and used lock box to get in and out ( new home). Let me pay after over the phone. Completed the same week I called for a very reasonable price.

My grinder pump broke. Jon and Mark were very helpful. They tried to see if the pump could be repaired, but it was an impossible task. they were able to secure a new grinder pump and the installation went smoothly.
I believe they were significantly less expensive than other plumbers.

They came out when they were supposed to. I am satisfied with their services so far.

ProServ called us back fastest, came out quickly, put on booties to keep our carpet clean without even being asked, and quickly and accurately diagnosed and fixed the problem. The plumber they sent was professional, gave thorough explanations, and the price was reasonable.

OUTSTANDING! I was given options when the water heater died, which helped the budget. Since then I've had plumbing replaced and updated, annual furnace checks and last year (2011) a re-routing of a cold air return for better efficiency. Prices have been reasonable, service excellent and the people are very knowledgeable. I ask a lot of questions and they've always been ready to answer - a joy to work with.

They came to look at the furnace and boiler. They are very good. They take care of the problem. They are professional and punctual. They are someone I would call for any of my clients. I would use them again in the future.

I didn't even know I had a problem with my furnace until the WE Energies contractor came out to install the Energy Partners thermostat (so they can cycle off my A/C during peak demand times in exchange for a discount on electric rates). When the new thermostat went in, it kept cutting out due to my furnace constantly hitting its high temperature limit and shutting down the burners. I knew it was doing this - I just thought it was normal. The thermostat installer told me otherwise, and pointed out how this behavior was not good for the furnace overall and interfered with the operation of the new thermostat. I had used Pro Serv in the past for a different furnace repair, which went well and was reasonably priced, so I called them again. They agreed to come out the same day to take a look. No parts needed to be replaced, which was good. The tech adjusted the blower setting to a higher speed so that the internal furnace temperature wouldn't climb so high and shut down the system. After monitoring the furnace in operation for a little while, it was determined this solved the problem. He also cleaned the ignitor, which had some carbon build-up, and now it fires up right away. Considering the same day service, the reasonable price ($140), and the fact that everything once again works the way it is supposed to, I'd say this was definitely a win! I will most certainly call them again if I need to.

It went great, I thought it was going to be much worse. But the technician said that the location of the switch had been an issue with the design of the furnace, so he relocated the swich so we wouldn't have this problem again.

When I initially got the estimate I thought it was high however after seeing all of the work they did and the amount of time they spent doing the work, I think we got a great deal. Overall they spent a total of about 3-4 days on site over a two month period. They were very responsive when we were ready for them to come in to do their work. They cleaned up at the end of each day.

I hired a general contractor to finish my basement, but elected to hire Jon Weis and Pro Serv Plumbing and HVAC to do the plumbing and HVAC rather than use the general contractor's subs. I had worked with Pro Serv before and was happy with their earlier service so decided to use them again. They also had a much lower bid on the dual zone HVAC we wanted installed than any other company we contacted. Pro Serv completed all the work as we specified professionally and on schedule and for exactly the price we agreed upon before the work started. Each of the Pro Serv employees that visited and worked in my home were professional, courteous, neat, and did an excellent job. Jon Weis went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the finished project. During the project I changed where I wanted the sink to go in the bathroom and somehow this did not get communicated to Jon before the supply lines were put in. Even though it wasn't his fault, Jon sent someone out the very next day to move the lines to the correct location at no extra cost. Jon also worked to ensure that we resolved a noise issue with our shower head even though the project was already complete.

Mark arrived on time and quickly and professionally finished the job for the price quoted on an earlier visit - this company also installed a water heater for us for a reasonable price with equal professionalism.

Mark arrived at our home shortly after 3pm. He checked drainage and pipes in and around the laundry room area where the leak was evident. Evidence of the leak was that of water-stained drop ceiling tiles in our finished basement. When a pipe nor drain seemed to be the problem, Mark even ventured outside to see if perhaps a roof vent might be the culprit. As a last attempt to diagnose, I started a load of laundry and as soon as the wash entered the spin cycle and began to dump water into the laundry tub/sink, Mark saw a small amount of water go through the floor of the laundry room, to the finished basement room below. The source was excess spray flowing backward from the drain hose through an unused "sud saver" on the tub. Mark proceeded to re-direct the laundry hose in order to minimize the spray from the water as it dumps out of the washing machine. As part of this effort, he accidently disconnected the hose, causing even more water to spill and go through the floor to the basement carpeting below. By the time Mark left he had rerouted the drain hose from the washing machine, dried the wet laundry room floor from the hose, and wet-vac'd the basement carpeting where the water had spilled. Mark was very friendly and I am impressed that he took the time to further troubleshoot what other plumbers had not been able to diagnose.
