PRO SEAL ROOFING CORP

We have leaks in our roof, and the previous owner could not get the company that installed it (3 years ago). We called Proseal from a referral, and they set a time to come out and review what we needed for a quote. They missed the first and the second appointment, but did make the third. Tommy reviewed everything -- I went over it with him, where the leaks were, what had been previously done. He said he'd get me a quote for repairs. I got the quote on Friday (5/16) and signed and sent it back on Monday (5/19), and then heard nothing. After a week I called and left a message. A week later I called and left another message. I finally got him on the third call, he scheduled a time to do the work a few weeks later. They missed that appointment, rescheduled for the next day. The guy (not from proseal but from another roofing company) arrived and we went over the same things I had gone over before, to which he said he'd need to get me a quote. Knowing what had happened before (it's now 6/18) I asked when I'd have the quote. He assured me it would be by next Monday -- this is now 6/18. I haven't seen anything, or heard anything from them. I called on 6/26 and today -- 7/1. I'll find someone else, the thought of trying to get them back if there's a problem makes me not want to go forward with this contractor.
