Because we were in a hurry, Miguel squeezed us in by offering to do the cleaning later into the evening if neccessary. He was extremely accomodating and professional.
The job took longer than he anticipated as there were stains and spots from the previous renter that were hard to remove and the commercial carpet had no padding, which makes it more difficult to work with. He and his wife Dena worked diligently to do the job right, still insisting on giving us the 'first time customer' discount.
