THE COMPANY REMOVED THE OLD VINYL FLOOR AND SUB-FLOOR. THEY INSTALLED NEW VINYL FLOOR PURCHASED THROUGH HOME DEPOT. AFTER SCHEDULING THE APPOINTMENT A WEEK EARLIER, THEY DID NOT SHOW UP THE MORNING OF THE APPOINTMENT. THEY MANAGED TO GET SOMEONE OUT LATER IN THE MORNING. BECAUSE OF THE LATE START, THE JOB WAS NOT FINISHED IN ONE DAY AS WAS EXPECTED. SOMEONE HAD TO BE HOME THE NEXT DAY SO THAT THE JOB COULD BE COMPLETED. THE WORK ITSELF WAS DONE VERY WELL. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH HOW THE FLOOR AND QUARTER ROUNDS WERE INSTALLED. ONE SMALL AREA REQUIRED A SECOND VISIT, WHICH THEY ADDRESSED PROMPTLY AND FIXED TO OUR SATISFACTION. THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB OF CLEANING UP AFTER THE WORK WAS COMPLETED.

MY CONTRACT WAS THROUGH ONE OF THE HOME IMPROVEMENT STORES, STAY AWAY FROM PRO FLOOR. THEY HAVE GONE THROUGH SEVERAL MANAGERS, WHO HAVE LITTLE KNOWLEDGE OF THE WORKERS. PHIL WAS GREAT, MANAGER WAS NOT. I HAVE VERY LITTLE RESPECT FOR THE MANAGER, A LOT FOR PHIL. PHIL IS A GREAT WORKER, HAS A LITTLE TO LEARN, BUT HE IS A NICE GUY. I WOULD BE WILLING TO BET THAT HE WOULD BE MORE THAN WILLING TO COME OUT AND FIX THE NEEDED REPAIRS.

THEY WERE SUBCONTRACTED FROM HOME DEPOT. PAT'S WAS WONDERFUL, BUT HOME DEPOT WAS NOT SO GOOD!
