Found Pro Antenna Service on Angies List. Ed provided the" total package" for my application. He recommended which new antenna to use (saving me the research), installed it, removed the old one, and completed all the connections. He is very experienced doing this, and has it down to a science. I could tell from his answers to my questions that he had a vast knowledge of rooftop TV antennas and installation.

Very prompt and arrived right on schedule. Was a little concerned when Ed, the owner arrived alone at my door, as he seemed a little old to be doing this kind of work by himself, but he had absolutely no problems with handling all that the job entailed. Explained everything he was doing, and in the end the picture was much better than I had ever received using rabbit ears! Cleaned up everything and left no trace that he had ever been here, except for the "better than cable" picture on my new tv!

I was unwilling to pay so much for cable and not use it. Rabbit ears didn't work, so I decided to get a roof antenna. Pro Antenna did a wonderful job. Ed Frawley, the owner, is kind of eccentirc and looks awfully old, but he had no problem scaling the ladder to the peak of my two story house. He was all business and connected the TV in about an hour. As he said, if you've done this a thousand times, it's easy to aim the antenna. The TV picture is perfect and never freezes.

Ed Fraley was a very pleasant man. Everything is working fine. I asked him generally to tell me about what he is about and he filled me in. He filled in the blanks and added a few things. He knows what he is doing.

He tailored his services to my needs. I called him again and he came out and installed a UHF antenna. He did a very good job and I am quite happy with it.

He talked a quick talk over the phone. When he was in my home, he broke a piece off of an antique table and didn't notify me. It could be that he didn't realize that it broke off when he lifted it. After installation, he said that he would do all adjustments for free. When I had an adjustment, it took a while to convince him that he did say it was originally free. Otherwise, it was good.

PRICE WAS COMPETITIVE. FELLOW WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO BE SURE WE WERE SATISFIED.
