From the first phone call to picking up my car the folks at Prestige were professional, kind, punctual, and all around great to work with. Josh handled my car and was awesome. He was honest, knowledgable, prompt and checked back on things. Amazing customer service! And better yet, amazing quality of work!!! My car looks great and runs great - like new again. They took all the stress out of a tough situation and provided outstanding quality results ahead of schedule. Prestige is the best!

"Dear [Member Name Removed] Thank you for taking the time to review us on Angles list. I hope all repairs have met or exceeded your expectations. With regard to the additional cost, many times throughout the repair process additional damages are discovered which need to be addressed as a supplement. In your case, all additional costs were related to parts and sublet services to David Hobbs Honda relating to your tires and suspension. That possibility was disclosed on the repair authorization form you signed. Our records indicate the original estimate was $1270.13, there was a supplement of $165.59, with a final total of $1435.72 The total paid to Prestige over and above your $1000 deductible was $435.72. All the additional costs were reviewed with and approved by your insurance carrier. Upon completion you should have received a final copy of the repair invoice, which indicated all additional costs and the final bill amount to your insurance company. I will send you another copy of the final repair invoice for your records. In terms of the estimate for bumper repair and taillight replacement, I would have to see the other estimates for a fair comparison as to why there are differences. One thing that many other shops miss is the three stage tri coat pearl paint and the time to properly match color, which does add 30-40% to the cost of repair. I certainly think that when compared item by item we are very competitively priced for the level of quality and service we offer. I had some minor but noticeable scrapes on my rear bumper. I took it to the dealer and they wanted more than $700 to fix the problem, which they said would requir a new bumper--even though there were no dents, just scrapes.. On a friend's recommendation, I took the car to Prestige and a very nice fellow names Guy took out a bottle of mineral spirits and a container of buffing compound and wiped the scrapes off in less than a minute. the bumper looks good as new. He didn't charge me a penny.. These folks have my business for life!

Had my Lexus repaired a few months back as an inattentive driver side swiped my flawless vehicle. I am extremely anal with all of my vehicles. I have an auto body back round so am very familiar with body work. Went to all competing shops and screened them.....looked at facilities and talked to the painters. Went to Prestige and was blown away. Met Chris. Chris took me on a tour of the shop. Looked like a hospital surgical setting....that's how sterile and clean it was. I asked him if he wanted to put up with my fussiness. He says that he loves customers like me and they would exceed my expectations. Pretty bold statement I thought. Remember, I'm a car guy that is stupidly fussy. with lots of repair knowledge. Well, Chris was right.....he did exactly what he said. Exceeded what an anal worry wart expected. He presented me with a show car quality repair on my Lexus....detailed like it was his own car. I am writing this now months later as I am still amazed when I examine my car. I almost forgot, this is the second time Chris and Prestige have done repairs on this same car for me. Completley blown away both times. Companies are only as good as their employees. Chris is a service person in a league of his own. This will sound like an infomercial but if you need any auto body repairs or detailing, stop your search and go to Prestige. I did your research for you. Ask for Chris and tell him Chuck W says hi. I hope I can avoid the poor drivers on the road and not see Chris for awhile.

I've unfortunately had several accidents and have had work done here three times and they have done an amazing job bringing the car back to as good of condition as before the accident. They do a great job of coordinating with the insurance company so I didn't have to. In one case they were a direct partner with the insurance company so the adjuster did not have to look at the accident. They do work on very high end cars as well as less expensive and will coordinate with the insurance company. Enterprise has rental cars at their facility so its very convinient. They also clean the inside of the car so it looks like new when you get it back.

PAW is excellent. The tech took me through the repair and we set up a scheduled time that worked for me. I provided the claim number and they took care of everything with the insurer. I took it in on the scheduled day and they provided a ride to my office that morning. They contacted me the day before it was done to say it would be ready by noon the next day. The work that was done was flawless. It looks like a new car. Not only did they fix the problem, but they also filled in several other stone chips and dings on other parts of the car. David, the tech that coordinated the repair then called me several days later to see if everything was ok. Great customer experience. When I picked it up on the scheduled day, it had been detailed inside and out. It looked terrific. I also trusted them with another repair to another car late last year (2012), with the same result.

I received an estimate within 20 minutes of initially bringing my car in. The estimate was correct to the penny; I also received a 7% discount (not to exceed $100) for being an Angie's list member; I found out about Prestige Auto from Angie's list. Throughout, from my very first call to Prestige to the end when I picked up the finished car, everyone I talked with was courteous, professional and well informed. In addition, during the 5 days it took to fix my car, I was contacted at mid-point letting me know how it was going and when the car would most likely be finished and ready for pick up. My car now looks wonderful. They did an outstanding job. Also, Prestige Auto has a collaboration with Enterprise car rental, which was very convenient to get a rental on site at Prestige.
It was an excellent experience. I'll add that I found some other companies that came in with slightly lower estimates; however, their customer reviews weren't as high as Prestige. Personally, the slightly higher cost was well worth it. I was very happy with the work they did. Plus, Prestige has a terrific warranty and they stand behind their work. The other places' warranties weren't as extensive.
Lastly, when I picked up the car, the Prestige agent with whom I worked gave me some good advice about how to keep my car looking good, some of which was news to me, so I greatly appreciated his advice.

Until recently I had never been in a major automotive accident; but have always been spoiled in regard to good auto repair service as my uncle owns a great shop up in Little Chute, WI which I have been using for years, but after I bought a new car (VW GTI) and now live in Milwaukee I was in dire need of someone who could meet my extremely high standards (as I am an automotive engineer and can see shoddy work from a mile away.) I was skeptical to find a new shop so I decided to get Angie's list and do some research. After reading the great reviews about Prestige I was sold, everything that was said was true and I don't think I could expect better service.
Keith Raskin and his team at PAW are fantastic. Everything went exceptionally well and I wish I could interact with companies of this caliber more often. Keith was always there to provide regular updates on the progress of the repair not to mention that he went the extra mile to ensure that the repair was done with new OEM parts despite all attempts by a certain gecko themed insurance company to do otherwise. They also managed the repair and logistics of all the insurance and mechanical work so I didn't have to worry a bit.
When I finally got my car back I was stunned the fit and finish were immaculate. You could not tell that it had been in a near total crash. In fact it even looks better as they didn't replace the front license plate mount (per my request.) A body shop is the the type of place you want to be a repeat customer but it's nice to know that there is a shop that I can count on to get the job done right. Should I ever need body work done on any of my vehicles in the future I will undoubtedly return. I can't recommend them enough.

The work done by Prestige was outstanding. My vehicle looked better than new when it was complete. They attended to every detail ensuring it was perfect both inside and out. The humidity delayed some of the work with paint drying times, etc, but I received a call or email updating me on the repair status throughout the time the shop had my car. Rentals are conveniently available on-site with reservations, so I dropped the car off, drove away in the rental and return was just as easy. A very professional group of people to deal with from the receptionist to the repair expert who oversaw the work on my car.

The owner and his staff were very courteous and helpful. The owner
was exceptional in his daily followup to inform me of the status of the
repair. My vehicle repair of approximately $1800.00 was completed as
promised in a five day turnaround. Despite working through a difficult
paint match of a custom color, I thought the match was perfect. The
vehicle was returned to me cleaned inside and out! I received an
additional call from the owner the following week to ensure my complete
satisfaction. I would highly recommend Prestige Auto Works. Rick Kaye

Prestige could not have made the entire experience any easier. I brought my car in for a estimate, which was sent directly to the insurance company. My car was drivable, so I was able to schedule a time that was convenient for me. There was a bit of a glitch when I did not get an update as promised. I called and was sent directly to a manager with great apologies from him. I was able to pick up my car when promised and was delighted to find the car had been cleaned to almost new. Prestige had a drop off and pick up service, though I did not need it. Both Prestige and my insurance company could not have made this experience any better than it was.

The whole experience with Prestige was outstanding. I set up an appointment to drop off the vehicle, explain what happened, what I expected, and then listened for the approximate work required and a return date. The conversation with their estimator was informative and put my mind at ease about the repair job. Particular parts needed to be ordered for my vehicle, and so the repair took about 14 days. I was informed 3 days before the work was completed about the schedule, and Prestige kept all of their promises. They were the consummate professionals.

Extremely professional and took care of everything, including car rental at their place. Was my first time with accident, so they were extremely helpful with dealing with insurance company and basically took care of all it since they were referred dealer for my insurance company. Estimate was right on and job was done when they said it would be ready.

Over the weekend someone hit my car and left a couple of dents and scrapes on the passenger's side. My car is about 8 years old and I didn't want to spend a lot to fix it, and since the damage was only cosmetic I wanted to get an estimate to decide whether it would be worth repairing or driving it as it is. I also didn't want to go through my insurance company because they would probably raise my rates. I took it in to Prestige and when Chris looked at it he told be that because the door and fender both were scraped, they would have to be painted to get it to match the rest of the car exactly and that it would be a lot more than I wanted to pay. Next, he pulled out the dent over the wheel well. Then he went to a cabinet, got some cleaning supplies and a buffer, and proceeded to clean the paint off that the other car left. He then buffed it with a solution that basically covered up the scrapes and when all was said and done the only sign that I had ever been hit was an inch-long scratch that just needed some touch-up paint. In fact, it was no worse than the few dings in the door from where the car had been hit by other car doors. You couldn't tell at all that my car had been hit. When I asked him how much I owed him he said "nothing". He just cleaned it up for me and sent me on my way. If I ever need any body work done I will DEFINITELY go back to them.
