Precision Contracting Services (PCS) is a Milwaukee bases, A+ rated BBB company operating out of Wauwatosa. This company has the resources to accomplish any large task without the overhead associated with larger companies, and allows them to pass the savings on to the customers. PCS prides themselves on personal service, allowing them to be on a first name basis with their clients, while still maintaining a professional and timely work manner. During winter months, until April 1st, PCS offers 15% off all roofing labor and 10% off all other services. This includes spring or summer services, as long as the estimate is performed prior to April 1st. The promotion applies to services including painting, carpentry, roof repair and replacement, and all other services.

The both jobs started about two weeks later after a small down payment for his materials (shingles and paint). The roof was done in under a week, and they did a great job cleaning. I couldn't find any nails after they left. I'm not a roof expert, but the roof and gutters looked great, and my neighbor (who knows roofs) said it was very high quality, which made me feel good.
The basement job was a multistage project so it took a little longer. They workers were all very clean and respectful, and didn't leave a mess in the halls at the end of the day. They tore down our existing paneling in the basement and added new supports, drywall and finally sprayed the entire basement with two different colors (ceiling and walls). The paint looked great, and we're all happy with the finished product.
All-in-all my experience with Mike and PCS was fantastic. I would strongly recommend them for roofing and painting and plan to use them if we decide to go forward with another project.

A few months ago I called them to paint all of our bedrooms and our
finished basement. The owner was very nice, and stopped by throughout
the project to make sure everything was going well. Overall, the project
went really nicely and I thought all of the painters were very polite.
