I went to numerous Jewelry stores in the Milwaukee area looking for an engagement ring. I finally went to Powers and was greeted by Lorry as soon as I walked in. Lorry was very friendly and welcoming. I told her that I was specifically looking for a certain style setting which I had a picture of and she showed me what they had in stock. They didn’t have what I was looking for in stock but Lorry said she would work on finding what I wanted. A few days later she emailed me numerous pictures of settings that she thought I would like and ordered 3 style settings for me to look at. Lorry was able to nail it and get me a perfect stone to go along with it. Lorry even came in under my budget. The process of buying an engagement ring is very stressful but Lorry was very helpful and made the process easy and stress free.

Powers was very helpful throughout the whole process.  There was little to no pressure throughout the whole thing, and they are able to offer many options and opinions.  I did some searching around and I think their prices are fair.  The ring looked great when I picked it up, and she loved it, so I guess it all went very well!

I went to another place and they told me that it would cost me a couple of $100. And I went in to this place and they all they did was lined it and that was it. That was why I was impressed with them, because they went the easiest route. I wounded the watch and it works. That service cost nothing. They were friendly. There were a couple of them working at the back and you could actually see what they were doing. They were really quick. You go in, they do it and you're done.
