Lawn Tool Repair
WE ARRIVED AT PTE SEEKING TO BUY THE SEAL AND ATTEMPT TO REPAIR THE NAIL GUN OURSELVES, BECAUSE THE TOOL WAS NEEDED ON THE JOB THAT DAY. THE PTE EMPLOYEE OFFERED TO REPAIR THE GUN RIGHT THEN AND THERE SINCE WE HAD MENTIONED THAT WE NEEDED TO USE IT IN A FEW HOURS AND COULD NOT LEAVE IT TO BE REPAIRED. HE FIXED THE TOOL IN ABOUT FIFTEEN MINUTES, AND EVEN GAVE IT A GOOD CLEANING. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE SERVICE FROM THE REPAIRMAN, AND THE OFFICE MANAGER.
