Everything went smoothly from picking out frames to the final product.  I will use them again and recommend them to friends.

I had an old document I wanted framed. The frames and matting they helped select made for an attractive presentation. I also wanted to make sure that the document was protected and no damage was done during framing. They were able to help with that as well. I was a little worried before they tallied everything up (framing can be expensive), but felt their quote was very reasonable. Everything went smoothly; I waited only two weeks and the final product looks great! I will definitely use them again.

The sales clerk was very professional. She quickly selected the best color of mat for both of my prints. She quickly selected several low-end wood frames for me to choose from, that coordinated perfectly with the prints and mats. The work was performed exactly as promised and in the time framed agreed upon. I used a coupon for a discount.

VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. SPENT A LOT OF TIME WITH ME. I ORIGINALLY WANTED MY POSTER FRAMED, BUT DECIDED THAT I DIDN'T LIKE THE FRAME I CHOSE AND CANCELLED. THEY DIDN'T GIVE ME ANY GRIEF FOR THAT. I THOUGHT THE PRICES WERE A LITTLE HIGH, BUT I DON'T HAVE MUCH EXPERIENCE WITH FRAMING THINGS, SO THEY COULD BE ON THE MONEY.
