Home Inspection
I was highly surprised by his lack of attention to detail. For example, things like a loose handrail did not even get commented upon whereas in other home inspections this would be marked as a safety hazard. He was unfamiliar with issues of homes built in the 1920's such as the window "security system" of pegs so that the windows cannot open fully for people trying to get in/out. Our realtor was present and he knew more about things like that than Rob did. (BTW, I cannot say enough wonderful things about our realtor, Tom McCormick with Exit Realty.) Rob's "real time report" was delayed by 2 weeks and I found my own notes from walking through the house to be more detailed than his. I would not hire him nor recommend him to anyone.

THE END RESULT AFTER LOOKING AT EVERY INCH OF THE HOUSE WAS A BOOK PRINTED ON SITE FROM HIS LAPTOP BEFORE HE LEFT THE HOUSE THAT DAY. THE QUALITY OF THE REPORT, SUGGESTIONS & THE IMMEDIATE FEEDBACK, WAS VERY APPRECIATED.
