Overall, it went well enough and was worth it, but my own personal distance from the house and everyone else, making it almost impossible to all meet at the same time and hear the same decisions, makes me think I wouldn't be using this same provider in the future. I don't have any other homes to sell in the Milwaukee area is why. Angie's list asks me, the reviewer, to fill in the cost of service and to give any details.  The total cost I put down are for the realtors and agency combined, based on fees and percentage of sale, plus titles,assessments, closing, deed and taxes.  As a group, we did need to confirm and reconfirm and often took too long to come to consensus, to keep us all on the same page. Only a very few decisions seemed to be made without us that I thought we could have been included in. There were many decisions that had to be made with us all apart , by phone or online that were miscommunicated, but it all worked out.  A few of these took a great amount of time.  Due to the situation, I think the amount of time each person spent communicating went well beyond what the average home selling experience  goes.   On the other hand, Piera was willing to take on our challenge and stuck it through, all the while encouraging us.   It was definitely a plus she grew up in the area of Dad's home. She not only had the local knowledge of  what property was worth, but also of the benefits to living in Mequon over other cities/villages.  I give her an A+++ for how tirelessly she worked.  She put in long hours and physically helped me lift things when I became ill one day, an allergic reaction from working in the very dusty areas of the home after several hours.  When my elderly Dad became hospitalized and my sister and I needed to take over for him, Piera  was there to step in to help us even more.  She worked hard at being very understanding when not hearing from us at times, due to our preoccupation with family concerns.  We lived at quite a distance from the home and she knew several contractors and service groups to help us get the home ready and move Dad's things in a way that saved Dad money. She and the housekeeper/cleaning lady were the most friendly and hard working of any of the people involved. I'm glad she was aware of the few workmanship glitches we experienced with the first time contractors she had us try, so that the next people won't need to be disappointed. Most of all I liked how she honored my father's wishes, when they both had different opinions. She showed him respect and extreme patience with his forgetfulness or slower processing of things.   She is a very sweet lady.  Her heart is in her work. I was happy with the selling price, not with the state costs.  I am the person, of us 3 , who chose this Realtor from what I read on Angie's List-Mequon/Milw. area.  There were only a handful on Angies list to choose from, and the others sounded negative.  I liked the good things I read here about Piera, then gave her a call.  She responded right away. As with most complicated things, I would suggest always getting decisions in writing , make wishes known early,when you have your first meeting. Realize photos of the home will be online so ask to approve the photos and description of your listed home before it is published, be firm,  because once they are online to multiple sights, you may not be able to make changes.

They are very good. They are very personable and they are in tune with my own personal needs and interests. They respond to requests quickly.

Piera was great.. I could not have had a better realtor. She went way beyond the call of duty. For example, she frequently stopped by my house or called with good suggestions on preparing my house for sale.. Once the house was actually on the market, she again either called or stopped by to update me as to how things were going. My house sold in less than one week! I would recommend Piera to anyone. She was patient when I did not understand things, was always pleasant, and just generally a joy to work with.

Piera was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. She is professional. personable and punctual, but what differentiates her is her tenacity for her clients' interest. Ours was an extended search, almost over 3 years, and she was with us throughout. She offered us advice when we wanted it and kept out when we did not. She was very helpful when it came to working with the lender, real estate lawyer, general contractor and consultant.
She shows you what you want to see, and not what she wants sold. We had a complicated lending process and were very glad that she was there. We have recommended her to all our friends and do so here again.
P.S: She is especially good at 203k loans and other complicated loan products, where you WILL need someone who know what they are talking about (she does!).
