Not only did they paint one entire side of the house the wrong color b/c they didn't get the correct color match, but one of the employees stole from us. After we confronted the owner about it he knew exactly who it was and explained that he had "issues" with the employee previously! What? Then why is he sending him out to a home to do work? They also installed the storm windows and did such a terrible job that we had to have everything re-caulked the next year b/c of the air coming in. One painter who showed up most of the time had about 5 teeth and rode his bike to our house--we were promised a LARGE CREW of professional painters!! Crazy. No wonder it took so long to finish the job--there was only one guy here the majority of the time. They took twice as long as was projected and, although their price was better than other companies we got quotes from, we know WHY. They are terrible--do NOT use. If it's too cheap....it's probably not a good job and you'll have to re-do it in the end, as we found.

The painter sent was apparently a sub-contractor for the company.  He arrived promptly, Worked very quickly.  I commented that he never walked when he could run.  He used another painter to help for some of the work. Generally I believe that he did an adequate job, but I had to remind him of places that he missed.  He then did those places without complaint. My feeling was that when he felt that he had to get somewhere else he hurriedly finished.  He was neat, and damaged only a few garden spots.  The new paint he applied matched exactly the paint that was on the rest of the house.
The only serious problem was that he painted windows shut and I had to call the original company at least twice to get him to come back and un-stick the windows. Two weeks later, I am still waiting.

I don't think I would call them again, I think they overcharged me. They did a good job but what I paid, I think I got overcharged for. He wanted to charge me $5200 to paint the trim on the house and I think I said I'll pay $4200 and even that was overpriced by $1000 to $1500. They were prompt, they were clean and did the work that they were supposed to do but I think I got gouged on the price.

The painters they sent out were no good. I have painted myself and they didn't do a good job. The boss never showed up when I complained about the service. It was bad preparation. The coatings weren't applied right. One of his painters was on the telephone the whole time he was here. I thought I paid too much for the quality of the work.

I refuse to have them back on property! There were several areas that were primed, but not painted. The did not wash area and remove debris before painting. I felt very uncomfortable with the crew. Very Awful Experience!

I HAD TO HAVE THEM COME BACK TWICE, I HAD WATER COMING DOWN FROM ONE OF MY CEILINGS WHERE THEY HAD CLIPPED THE FLASHINGS AND WATER WAS JUST POURING IN. THEY CAME BACK AND PATCHED THE CEILING AND THAT DIDN'T WORK. I HAD AN EXPERT COME LOOK AT IT AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY JUST USED A CAULK. THEY CAME BACK AGAIN. I HAVEN'T HAD A RECURRING PROBLEM AT THIS POINT. I HAD TO PUT ONE OF MY EXTERIOR DOORS ON MYSELF. I WOULD NOT USE THEM AGAIN.

THE WORK IS SUPPOSED TO BE UNDER WARRANTY, IT HAS BEEN LESS THAN A YEAR, AND NOW OUR PAINT IS CHIPPING AND PEELING BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T PROPERLY PREP THE SURFACES. THEY ALSO RUINED OUR WOOD SIDING WITH PRESSURE WASHING. THEY TRIED TO CORRECT IT WITH WOOD FILLER, BUT IT DOESN'T LOOK GOOD AND THEY DIDN'T CORRECT EVERYTHING. THEY HAVE NOT BEEN RESPONSIVE IN RESOLVING THE PROBLEMS. I HAD A CONFRONTATION WITH THE OWNER AND HIS WORKERS HAVE BEEN VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND EVEN TOLD ME I WAS CRAZY FOR EXPECTING QUALITY WORK. I'VE MADE MANY ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT AND APPROACH THEM IN REGARDS TO THE WARRANTY WORK AND THEY DODGE OR AVOID ME. IT HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE.

THE OWNER RAILED INTO ME THE FIRST TIME, IF YOU LOOK FROM THE END OF THE DRIVEWAY AND IT LOOKS GOOD, THEN WE HAVE DONE OUR JOB. I TOLD HIM THAT I THOUGHT THEY DID A QUICK JOB AND IT STARTED OFF WRONG. THEY STARTED OUT WITH A NEUTRAL COAT FOR SHUTTERS AND THEY HAD TO PAINT THE SHUTTERS FIVE TIMES. FROM WHAT I KNOW, HE WATERED DOWN LATEX PAINT. YOU COULD SEE WHITE SPOTS ON THE SHUTTERS. A CREW MEMBER WAS SUPPOSED TO HAND PAINT THE EAVES, AND NEVER BENT DOWN TO SPRAY UNDERNEATH THE EAVES. PAINTED OUTSIDE OF WINDOWS GREEN, WHEN IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE WHITE. PAINT DRIPPINGS WERE EVERYWHERE.

INITIALLY I WAS HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK. THEY STARTED PROMPTLY AND FINISHED THE HOUSE QUICKLY. HOWEVER, THERE WAS AN ADDITION TO THE HOUSE THAT WAS NOT READY FOR PAINTING AT THE TIME THEY FIRST CAME OUT. I MADE THE MISTAKE OF PAYING THEM IN FULL, AND HAVE BEEN SPENDING THE LAST 6 BMONTHS TRYING TO GET THEM OUT TO FINISH THE JOB.
