I noticed a guy in a van showing up for about a week at my new neighbors condo. When I introduced myself to my new neighbors I asked who he was? Their eyes lit up and said Sean had just painted their entire condo and invited me in to see what he did. I was impressed so I asked for his card. I gave him a call and asked for him to come over and give an estimate. He said he'd come at 8:00 am the next day and sure enough the doorbell rang at 8:00 am. The work started about two days later. I was sooo impressed with his speed and neatness, covering all the floors and hanging plastic so the plaster dust would not spread to other rooms. He always cleaned up as he went. He is quite a perfectionist and takes pride in his work! I since referred him to a client of mine and has just completed a major painting and repair job for her. Word of mouth is traveling fast so catch him before he gets too busy!!
