Great, great, great. The piano was seriously out of tune, hadn't been tuned in years and had been through 2 moves. She got it back into shape and gave me good advice and information. I was very happy with her service.

I had used other tuners but decided to try Patty based on my teacher's recommendation. When I called to make an appointment in November, she wasn't available until February. I'm so happy that I waited! She did an absolutely fantastic job. My piano sounds like a brand new one! She took almost 2 hours to finish the job and when she was finished, she played a beautiful piece to try it out. It was breathtaking. I paid her by check and immediately set up the next appointment for February, 2014.
