Showed up on time, gave an accurate estimate, replaced faucet and took away old, cleaned up afterward.
I've been using his services for over 10 years and have nothing but good experiences. Sometimes I think prices are just a tad high, but I have nothing to compare it to since I always use him. I've recommended him to at least a dozen others.

I WAS INITIALLY TOLD THE HOURLY CHARGE WAS $40 AND THE JOB WOULD TAKE 3 DAYS. AT THE END OF THE JOB HE PRESENTED ME WITH A $3400 BILL. HIS WORK WAS SLOPPY AND INCOMPLETE, HE INFLATED HIS HOURS AND MARKED MATERIAL UP 200-500%. I HAD TO GET A LICENSED PLUMBER BACK IN TO FINISH WHAT HE DIDN'T. I BELIEVE MR. PRUDLOW INTENTIONALLY MISLED ME INTO BELIEVING HE WOULD DO THIS WORK FOR LESS THAN A LICENSED PLUMBER WOULD HAVE CHARGED. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

THE COMPANY CAME QUICKLY, WHICH IS VERY IMPORTANT WITH ONLY ONE BATHROOM. HE CAN ALSO DO MANY OTHER THINGS. HE HAS DONE STUFF FOR ME IN THE PAST. I AM VERY SATISFIED.
