Todd Robinette’s, the proprietor, workers are efficient, polite, and always
clean up after their work. Todd uses
email, which is something I insist on when dealing with tradesman and other
contractors. Strong customer service involves two way communications.
Todd gives estimates in writing and he invoices, in another words, Todd runs Outdoors Unlimited as a business with the
sort of documentation you would expect from a businessperson. Outdoors Unlimited
is reliable; they deliver what they say they will deliver. Even though our landscaping business is
modest, Todd treats us a VIP customer.

They were very reputable. The work probably would have take me three or four week and they did it in two days.

They had been contracted to plow our alley for a few winter seasons, and had always been pretty reliable. But then during the biggest snow storm of the 2010/2011 season their equipment failed and they could not plow out our alley. This meant people could not get to work. So, our neighbors (a group of about 10 people) had to dig themselves out for 6 hours.

I never had a problem with them. Sometimes they were late maybe due to a big snowstorm but they are reliable.

Their price is good. They were easy to get a hold of and they were reliable. They have been doing our snow removal for two years. He is responsive.

DID GOOD WORK, HONORED A COUPON HE WASN'T AWARE WAS BEING PUBLISHED. THE TWO CLIMBERS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL and QUITE IMPRESSIVE. THE CLEAN UP WAS EXCELLENT, I DIDN'T EVEN FIND TWIGS LEFT FROM THE PROJECT.
