Jack Ott was very accommadating. Called him that morning and he just told me to call as I was leaving work and he'd meet me at my house. My house was built in 1941 and does not have updated electrical. Having done numerous projects in the past, we have always encontered unexpected problems. Jack was able to walk around the house, look at a few things, then follow the pattern and find the problem very quickly. e even gave me a little lesson in electric. After he was finished, he went over my and quot;to doand quot; list for electric and told me what they could do for me in the future.

They were very efficient in troubleshooting the problem, and performed the service on-time and as scheduled. Jack is very professional and has a lot of experience in working on older homes in the Milwaukee area.

I spent some early morning hours attempting to install a new bathroom vanity light fixture. I had done this before on my own without problems. Except this time I blew out every single fuse in the house and no matter what I tried, nothing would come back except one room. I was in a small panic due to getting my wisdom teeth being removed later that day so I called Jack Ott and he called me back within minutes and assured me someone would be to the house in the afternoon. I can't remember his name now, but a great guy showed up early afternoon and in no time at all had the power back on in the house and installed the fixture! He also took a quick look at a problem light switch and told us that it would most likely be a quick fix and to just give them a call to schedule it. He also took complete pity on me in my post-surgery state. :)
This was the 2nd time I have used them and was very pleased once again. Great job!

I like them so much. I am planning on using them again here real shortly. I was very happy with the work they did for me. They made sure everything was up to code and safe for us. I do not know what I had paid since it has been awhile ago since I used them.

If there are ever any future problems with any of the electrical work in my home we will be sure to call this company. They are licensed electricians and they are very dependable. I was in the home when the work was being done and I was very pleased with the way that they handled everything. I would definitely refer this company to anyone.

OTT ELECTRIC PERSONNEL WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING WITH OUR SCHEDULE. THEY WERE PROMPT, EFFICIENT, AND FRIENDLY. THE ESTIMATES WE RECEIVED WERE THE AMOUNT CHARGED. THEY ALLOWED US TO HAVE THE WORK DONE AS OUR SCHEDULE AND FUNDING ALLOWED.
