Oscar was very responsive (answered his phone EVERY time I called!). He was very knowledgeable about Volvo's maintenance schedules, recalls, and general durability. He checked the car out and recommended things that needed repairing AND suggested things that could wait until later. He understood that I didn't want to dump a bunch of money into the car at once, so gave me a timetable of when things could be looked at again. I was going to buy new tires, but he said mine were fine and that I should hang on to them for another couple of years. I will go back to Oscar EVERY time my car needs service!

Overall it went well, but it could have gone better than it did. Still, I will consider using this company in the future.

While I use a Toyota dealer for major checkups (have a service plan), I use this Citgo service station for immediate needs such as checking my van out hitting the highway. They are knowledgeable and very helpful and kind. I also purchase my gas there; the prices are competitive...and for those people who have problems at the pumps, they even offer full service...one of few firms to do so in our area.

Two months after the rebuilt axles and new bearings, front end noise developed. Took car to different garage. Bearing on driver's side was failing. The likely cause was improper torquing of the axle nut allowing lateral movement.
Original diagnosis was wrong. I asked for axles to be replaced and was told that was unnecessary. Significant additional expense and inconvenience, including towing cost to then replace the axles. Improper installation of the bearings cost another $150. Missed appointment due to early closing for holiday after I was told business would be open. Customer's cars left on lot with doors unlocked, even after I commented on the danger of this during my first visit.
Poor work qualtiy and poorly managed.

They did a good job. They were very busy. The mechanic was very good. The owner, Oscar, seems to be 9 ways to the sun, so he is not very focused. The mechanic that we dealt with was very good and very efficient.

He is almost 50% less than the dealership. He has does excellent work and his pricing is reasonable. I will continue to see him, as well.

It went smooth. It is a small shop with BIG service. They tell upfront if you do or don't need a repair/service.

The left rear brake failed and was jammed. The brake was making a grinding noise because it was always engaged. No one in the city had the required parts. The parts were obtained overnight and installed first thing the next morning. I had use of the car by 10:00 AM. The right rear brake was also examined and it was determined that there was so little wear on it that it did not need to be replaced.

This place is a owner operated repair shop, just one guy working on the cars the owner. He was ready to help me out with the problem today. The price was right and I saw the work he did. He also had a few really nice used imports newer models. I'm planning on buying a older used Volvo for my son at college that he was driving himself. This place is hidden next to the Dent Wizard but well worth trying to find.

I ULTIMATELY CHOSE THEM BECAUSE I COULD WALK TO THE LOCATION BUT THE PRICE WAS COMPARABLE TO 4 OTHER LOCATIONS. THEY LET ME SEE THE WORK BEFORE I DROVE THE CAR AWAY. THEY WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING. THEY DID A GOOD JOB AND THEY ARE GOOD WITH REFERRALS. THEY HAVE A WHOLE LIST OF PEOPLE THAT THEY FEEL COMFORTABLE REFERRING YOUR PROBLEM TO IF THEY CAN'T HANDLE IT THEMSELVES. THEY DON'T TAKE ON SOMETHING THEY CAN'T DO.
