Osvaldo is the business owner. The coordinator and chief communicator. A nice fella. Be very patient. He will eventually communicate with you in usually texting. I'd imagine he's busy with his very reasonable pricing compared to the other scam artists out there. Their crew is hard working and they did a very good job. I would consider hiring them again.
