Overall, it went very well and he was able to connect us to our present router so I was able to save some money and return the new one that I had bought. He also instructed me how to set up router with other laptops. I was promised through Office Depot that they would contact me within four hours but it actually took more than 24 hours and then another day to schedule. Also would have liked to see a more professional demeanor and dress. But overall, service and knowledge was good.

Overall, excellent experience. Did have their tech people come out and also he advised me to come back or call at any time regarding setting things up and assisting with other problems I had with my system. Excellent customer service.
