I will say they are slow to return calls but Gil and Matt did a great job cleaning and sealing several sections of original tile in my  1990 home on the East Side.  The entry way was pretty stained and though some of the tiles were broken, Matt did a nice job cleaning and keeping the tiles in place.  We chose not to try to replace them because they were not in bad shape other than cracked and were original.  The file place hearths looke much better afterward.  The first time he sealed one, it did not set up properly.  Matt came back quickly to repair the work.  I also liked that he took the time to explain to me the tools they use to clean up the tiles.

REALLY DID A GREAT JOB AS THE PREVIOUS OWNER DID NOT TAKE THE PROPER CARE OF THIS MARBLE OR GRANITE FOR YEARS. THE MARBLE IN THE SHOWER WAS DULL AND NOW HAS A BEAUTIFUL SHEEN THAT I MAINTAIN WITH CONSTANT SQUEEGE AND PERIODIC LIGHT POLISHING. THE GRANITE IS EXTREMELY DURABLE AND NO EVIDENCE OF THE PREVIOUS DAMAGE. THESE GUYS MAINTAIN OUR HISTORIC BUSINESS FOYER IN DOWNTOWN MILWAUKEE AND THE MANY LARGE MARBLE FLOOR CIVIC BUILDINGS.

WORKERS WERE PROMPT, POLITE, AND INFORMATIVE. THE PROCESS TOOK 3 DAYS, BUT THE RESULTS WERE SPECTACULAR. THERE WAS VERY LITTLE DUST.
