I called Nexus to report suspected mice activity. Mr. White came the next day and reviewed the problem area. He set several traps and then went outside to plug up areas that mice could slip into the house through - i.e. around faucets, vent pipes, etc. He came back twice to check and make sure there was no new activity. He is very professional, very personable. I've used him in the past to take care of outside ants around the patio and he did a great job with that too.
