Jim Rogge along with his son Matthew are ready and qualified to handle any of your pressure washing needs. We take great pride in doing the absolute best job possible. Our equipment is top of the line and we do jobs from deck restoration to new construction acid washing. We will do a high quality and professional job at a competitive and fair price. I found Neptune very easy to deal with. They responded quickly to my questions, set a time just a few days ahead and showed up when they said they would. The person doing the work was very concerned about being sure that he did exactly what I wanted. He got the porch nice and clean. It looks great. Would definitely use these people again.

Did a fantastic job. I was not able to be home when service was provided. They followed my written directions exactly and power washed the patio and entire walkway around the garage and to the back door. The area looks as if the concrete was just poured. Will certainly recommend them (and have) to family and friends. Within days of contacting them we had set up an appointment. When I got home, everything was done and all the patio furniture was back in place.

We received a quote promptly as well as a date for service. Service was completed per expectations.
Our patio hasn't been power washed in years and was quite a tough job. The end results were excellent.

I communicated with Neptune's via email and phone, as I take care of my mother and I live in Dallas. Neptune's is a family business and I felt comfortable knowing they would be professional and take care of my mother as well. They did not disappoint. The deck had not been cleaned and stained for some time. It looks much better and we will use Neptune's to maintain it.

Jim from Neptune's contacted me right away after I sent him a request for information email. I had a quote the next day and he offered to complete the job right away, so that I could have a clean patio for a pool party this weekend. Neptune's did an amazing job and my patio looks as good as new. I would use them again in a heart beat to pressure wash my drive way and front walkway to the house, when it is on my to do list. Great job, great service, a great choice, will definitely use their services again.

Andy spent about 2 1/2 hours. He was very thorough, cleaning and vacuuming and removing the water afterwards. He did a wonderful job. It looks very clean and fresh, and I was really impressed with their work.

Jim, the owner, arrived at the scheduled time; reviewed the sad condition of our patio; provided answers to our questions; gave an on-target estimate; allowed us time to consider his proposal. We contacted him to begin the project which was completed within the two-day time frame promised. His crew is professional and did, in my opinion, an outstanding cleaning and sealing of our twenty-year old patio. Now, it looks almost new!

Very smooth process and was very pleased with Jim's open and honest approach. They performed a high quality of work, and explained the process well. Communication was top notch and my deck looks ten times better and is significantly safer.
I have a couple great examples of the customer service:
While the new boards don't match the older boards yet, Neptune's offered to come out a few times this summer to restain the new boards to get the colors closer. This is a great example of customer service and wanting to earn a long term customer. I will follow up when they revisit.
Also, when replacing the boards on my deck, they realized that the existing boards were 1/4" narrower than standard today. Without adding any cost or even really talking about it, they ripped down all the new boards to make them fit well.
Overall I am very pleased and look forward to working with Neptunes in the future.
