THEY WERE WILLING TO NEGOTIATE ON ALL EXTRA FEES AND EAT THEM, BUT STAYED STRONG ON THE 6% COMMISSION. MADE THE PROCESS SMOOTH, AND SOLD OUR HOME IN ONE WEEK. GOOD OVERALL SERVICE.
