We selected the fabric. Three weeks later the awning was installed.

Naegle delivered a sample book and provided a written estimate promptly after a phone request. They responded very quickly to e-mails and phone calls and invited us to their showroom to view samples, explain their process, see how the frames operate, etc. The price was competitive (the senior discount was appreciated), and follow-up and installation went very well. We now have fully retractable awnings and are very happy with the result. We would definitely hire them again.

It was a pleasure doing business with Naegele Awning. They were prompt with their estimate, were friendly and helpful when we finalized our choices, and the installation was on time and perfect.

THE BID FOR THE AWNINGS WAS ACCEPTED ON MAY 17. AT THIS TIME I WAS TOLD THE INSTALLATION WOULD TAKE 3-4 WEEKS. AFTER 4 WEEKS I CALLED THEM; THE WORK WOULD BE DELAYED. AFTER ADDITIONAL COMMUNICATION, THE AWNINGS FINALLY WENT UP AT THE END OF JULY. UPON INSTALLATION SPOTS ON THE FABRIC WERE NOTED. I POINTED THE SPOTS OUT TO THE MEN INSTALLING THE AWNING. THEY TOOK THE AWNING BACK TO THE SHOP. I WAS TOLD THERE WAS NO REASON FOR THE AWNING TO BE RETURNED, THE SPOTS WERE JUST SHOP DUST AND WOULD COME CLEAN. FOR MY INCONVENIENCE, HE WOULD EXTEND THE WARRANTY ON THE AWNINGS. THE NEXT DAY HE CALLED AND TOLD ME THE SOILED PANELS WOULD BE REPLACED, NOT CLEANED. FINALLY, THE LAST AWNING WAS INSTALLED. HOWEVER UPON RECEIPT OF THE BILL, HE FAILED TO INCLUDE THE EXTENDED WARRANTY. WHEN QUESTIONED, HE SAID HE ONLY OFFERED IT BECAUSE OF THE SOIL AND SINCE THOSE PANELS WERE REPLACED HE WAS NOT GOING TO HONOR THE EXTENSION. UPON FURTHER DISCUSSION, HE UPHELD THE EXTENDED WARRANTY.
