He came out and confirmed that the water heater needed to be replaced. He removed the existing water heater and explained the options that he had immediately available. I chose the water heater with a higher energy rating so it was more expensive. He installed the water heater following my decision. He charged me a flat rate for the work. I will definitely work with them again in the future.

WE energies recently came out to check their gas lines for leaks and commented that the gas lines we had recently put in by Milwaukee Home Maintenance were some of the best they've seen. No flexipipe was used and they used the best kind of pipe fittings and arrangement of pipe. They were super nice guys, too.
