I have been very pleased with their services. They are always very responsive and get back quickly. I have been using them for about 5 or 6 years. They have done all types of services for me. I always speak with Mike for my appointment needs, he is always professional and courteous. He always takes care of my needs, he will come out and take a look and get back with me promptly on the estimate and date he can perform the service. I will be using them again and would recommend them.

I have referred neighbors as well who have been very happy. We have used them for lawn service for over 20 years. I continually get quotes and mailings from other companies, but most are higher cost and I can't beat the service. GREAT COMPANY!

Milke called since I had indicated either a Monday or Friday. Called Monday before lunch and was out within an hour. I described my boundries that I wanted aeratorated. He went to work and 2 hours later was completed. He then blew off my deriveway and sidewalk.

They come out 5 times a year to spray the lawn so we do not have any weeds. We have a lovely lawn. We have no problems with weeds. They come out once in the spring and in the winter to clean the yard. They clean anything that has fallen from the trees and shrubs.

Metropolitan is very dependable, arrives on time, and it does good work. I have even recommended them to neighbors as well.

I have used them in the past and find that they are willing to work with me on the services I need. I cut back from 4 treatments to just spring and fall, no problem. They even came back to do a second application when a treatment did not kill the invasive violets in the grass.

The pricing was really good. It is really a competitive market so they can't go overboard. I don't really talk to them. They get out of the truck and push their mower around and get back in the truck and send me a bill. They have a fair price and they have always been nice to my wife on the phone. They are not bad but they are nothing great. They do a nice job and I would use them again.

Russ came out to my house a few days after I called and was extremely helpful in identifying the problems with my lawn and explaining the options I have. I will have them aerate and overseed either in fall or spring. John who is the person who takes care of my regular lawn service is also very knowledgeable and takes the time to answer any questions I have. One of the nicest and most helpful people I've ever worked with. I am very impressed with this company.

There were some communication problems. I had trouble getting through to the person who actually did the work for me. I felt that the company was too big and not as personal as I would like.

They look a lot of time to finish the work, but the end result was good. I had to make several calls to get them up and moving. They worked from morning to evening and did a really good job. However, they needed squabbling to get going. I can t figure our why it took so long. I would hire them in the future, but I hope I don t have to push them to do the job. They did give me good service and they were cheap. They worked really hard. I want them to be more prompt.

They did not show a lot of interest in following up to see how our yard was doing. They are hard to reach as well and their customer service is not great.

The front yard was bare in spots and the soil was compacted. I made an appointment for someone to inspect the front yard and recommend what could be done. I received a detail report on the front yard and their recommendation. I was impressed with the person that came out and his professionalism. They were on time and did an excellent job.

GREAT!! They responded to my request for an estimate within 24 hours. They left a very detailed estimate the next afternoon which CLEARLY stated what they recommended and the cost of each application. Within a week of accepting their estimate, the technicians arrived and performed the first application. The lawn already looks better and we are very happy with the price and promptness of service.

We are very pleased with the new look along our driveway. The project took two full days to complete and the two workers were diligent in making sure it was done right and looked nice. They cleaned up after themselves as well. We will certainly use this company again for any yard or landscape needs.
