 + 0 moreIt was easy getting the apartment rental but the ongoing interaction with the landlord was pretty stressful. Mostly because he was pretty passive aggressive, even lying to pretend he took care of things. Has way more properties than his company can handle (and seems unwilling to hire the needed help to manage).
Description of Work: Be careful with this landlord because he can make promises that he changes when it suits his needs. Although he responds to urgent matters (because they affect the value of the property), he may totally ignore other important things. Leaves jobs half done and workcrew takes forever to finish and so they are around a lot (and sometimes without advanced notice). Really difficult to deal with this company (very stressful!). Make sure to get absolutely everything in writing.
