Meticulous Auto and Truck, Inc. has been a family-owned business since 1989, dedicated to meeting and exceeding all of your auto and truck collision repair needs. Nick’s 30 plus years in the automotive industry is highlighted with 10 years under the tutelage of Butch Emil Brinza. Butch is nationally recognized for his award winning workmanship in the automotive industry. Nick brings the same attributes to his everyday customer’s needs. As an I-Car Certified facility, our staff of experienced technicians continuously train in the latest industry standards to meet new vehicle demands. Over the years, we have built strong relationships with insurance companies and other service leaders within our industry, providing customers with the most hasslefree experience possible. Meticulous has an excellent reputation within our community because we value our customers. Nick Campanelli is currently President of a Milwaukee Business Association supporting the area’s business growth. Meticulous did an excellent job replacing/repairing my tailgate, bumper and associated panels and got it done in a reasonable amount of time. The only miscommunication we had was that they used some aftermarket parts per my insurance and I would have preferred to pay the extra for OEM parts... but it looks fine so I didn't complain. The paint matching looks perfect and the parts they repaired look like new. Since I had no rental coverage, they arranged a rental for me and shared that cost. In addition, they were very nice people and easy to deal with. To top it off, they did an amazing job cleaning my entire car, inside and out. I would definitely use them again.

Work was performed in a timely, entirely satisfactory way. These folks are very pleasant to work with. This will be my go-to body shop from now on...though I hope I won't need to use them again anytime soon!

I wanted the cheapest option for repair. Service was outstanding. They had plenty of appointments for a quote. They gave me a couple options for repair. I brought my own rear light in and they were able to fix the area on the spot, took about 20 minutes. I didn’t care about the paint damage so they buffed the area and it looks pretty good.

Friendly knowledgeable courteous staff. Explained everything in detail and then followed through as promised. Kept me informed of the progress of my job. If you didn't know I had damage to my car, after the repair you would never have guessed!

Repair is as good as new. Plus vehicle was returned in as new condition. Vehicle was cleaned inside and out. Very friendly and helpful employees. From kaitlin checking and estimating the repair to Brent making sure car was perfect. They live up to thier name!

Meticulous Auto is a great, family owned business! From the time I took my car in for the estimate, to the time I picked it up, I felt like I was their priority. My car looks perfect! Could not be better! Brent, Nick and crew got my car back to better than original condition! Everything from the repairs to the body, glass replacement and paint were done to a "spot on" job! I have a car that I am proud to drive again! I am as picky as one gets, and I am completely satisfied with the workmanship and professionalism the exude! Plus...they cleaned the car from top to bottom! Bravo!!!!

My car looked brand new. Not only that but they "meticulously" cleaned the inside of my car. Not a single dog hair in sight. They even gave me a loaner and had the work done in just 3 days. I highly recommend them to everyone.

They did a beautiful job both times on my car inside and out. The outside looked like new when they finished. The tow truck driver made a mess of the interior so they cleaned the car's inside thoroughly. I was really happy with the work they did on my car. They always let me know how my car was progressing while they worked on it and were always polite and professional. You can't go wrong with Meticulous Auto Repair!

From the moment I met Nick and he gave me the estimate, he was very welcoming, professional and was so willing to help us in every way to be able to complete the necessary repairs, yet keep the cost down as much as possible. He gave me an estimate (which turned out to be higher than the actual cost!!), however he said to give him a day and he'd call around to try and find a used trunk from a car that was exactly the same make, model, and color as my son's but had been in an accident in the front of the car, so as to save money on the parts. He called me back the next day and fortunately he was able to find the necessary parts and they made the repairs in a few short days and it looked just amazing! The car was clean, they had buffed out some of the scratches on the bumper and other areas of the car and it looked almost brand new; you'd never know it had been in an accident! I was so impressed with Nick and his team every step of the way and would definitely return if we ever needed any type of auto body repair!

I brought my car to Meticulous for an estimate on a Tuesday. I did not have to wait. Brent looked carefully at my car and then gave me a written estimate. He said he could do the work the following Tuesday and that it would take 2 days. (His estimate was actually 1/3 less than another place that I had been to earlier, and the other place said it would take 4 days.) I brought the car in on Tuesday and it was ready on Thursday morning just as he had said. It was in perfect shape, just like new; plus it was washed and vacuumed, and they had even taken care of a few other scratches in a different place. The people at Meticulous are very pleasant and a pleasure to work with.

Nick and his team were professional, welcoming, and very responsive throughout the entire process. Was super impressed with everything. The work done was well done as well, and the prices fair.
