The cost of one door was almost $200 and we got some other ones that were just bedroom doors and they were probably around $100. If we have to take something back, we have never had any problem with it. We would use them again in the future.

They were extremely good. One of their people in the flooring department described all the things to us, was very helpful to us, and didn't let us move around. They were very close to the estimation that the contractor came and gave for what it would take. They seemed to know what they were doing. I had been there for a couple of other items. People there were very helpful and anxious to come and see if I needed help, I'd say more so than any other self-help stores I have been in, including the other Menards. They didn't do any specific work, but they assisted us very well. I had no real complaints about them. I thought everybody there was great. They didn't install the flooring, but gave us the name of the installation company and highly recommended them.

I had a positive experience with them. The gentleman who waited on us was very knowledgeable which was very hard to find. He was very courteous and showed us all the features. He even commented on a few things and explained the pros and cons. He understood our needs. I went to the store manager and complimented the gentleman who worked with me. Their policy was to send a post card when the doors were ready. I had requested them to call me at home and they did call me. He was able to give us a discount even on the custom doors. We bought some paint and they matched the paint perfectly with the siding. We were very happy and I would use them again in future.

Our condo needed a new storm door and our association required a certain Larson model-color combination. Ordered the door from Menard's, and brought it home using their short-term rental truck (price not included in cost value above). Price was decent but not excellent. Will commend the millwork desk staff, who, amazingly for a big-box store, always seemed to be available to answer the phones and process faxed paperwork. My ratings are lowered because I was not informed of the door's arrival until 6 days later. Menard's staff accurately predicted 2-3 weeks arrival of this custom order.

I like the variety of appliances that they have and the sales that they offer. We paid $50 for this company do install these appliances. They also delivered them. They did not plug the dryer in. They got the hoses for the washer mixed up. I had to have someone check the venting and everything else because they did not do their job. They did refund the $50. I don't know why big stores like these hire people like this to work for them. I will get my own movers and installers next time.

Looking for an affordable floor covering option. Menards had a nice selection to choose from.

The staff was extremely helpful and answered all questions. She also double checked all measurements before submitting the work order to be sure the measurement's and hardware placement was done correctly. It was also nice that they were delivered to my house free of charge.

ALL MATERIALS EXCEPT THE KITCHEN ISLAND WERE ON SALE. THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL ESPECIALLY IN THE COUNTERTOP AND ISLAND AREA. THEY WORKED WITH OUR MEASUREMENTS AND EXPLAINED THE DIFFERENT KINDS OF COUNTERS. THEY ALSO HELPED US WITH INSTRUCTIONS, VERBAL AND WRITTEN, ON HOW TO INSTALL THE COUNTERTOPS. IT TOOK ONLY ABOUT A WEEK FOR THE ORDERED PRE-CUT COUNTER TOPS TO COME IN. THE COUNTERS WERE CUT EXACTLY AS ORDERED INCLUDING THE SINK OPENING. MY WIFE PICKED THEM UP AND MENARD'S STAFF HELPED HER LOAD THE ITEMS. THE STAFF WE DEALT WITH WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND TOOK THE TIME TO HELP US. THEY SEEMED REALLY CONCERNED ABOUT HELPING US. THE CARPET WAS ALSO REASONABLY PRICED FOR THE QUALITY. CARPET WAS $700 FOR 87 SQUARE YARDS AND THE COUNTER TOPS, KITCHEN SINK AND ISLAND TOTALED $711.65. THIS MENARD'S IS MORE OF A SUPERSTORE AND CARRIES A GOOD SELECTION OF NAME PRODUCTS. WE WOULD WORK WITH THEM AGAIN ON THIS TYPE OF WORK.
