Description of Work: Mary Deekan truly amazed us. In this dismal house selling market, she sold our house for more than the offered price. She sold it in less than a month. But that’s not all. She staged our house beautifully for the internet photos. Friends were amazed at the transformation. She, using her own cadre of contractors, repaired obvious defects. Then, in even less time, she managed the repair of all the seller’s inspector’s issues. And this house is 90 years. Her contractor’s costs were very reasonable. There’s more. We left town when we put the property up for sale. Mary managed the property. We left her a departing tenant , weedy lawn, permit acquisitions, junk in the house, faulty appliances, and more. She maintained her upbeat, professional, optimism and fixed everything. She cut the lawn herself. Mary represented me at closing. She kept me informed every step of the way.
