The team was fantastic, and the windows look cleaner then they every have. We will use them next year too.

They did a nice job, and arrived early. Disappointed that there were a couple big windows they couldn't remove to do the cleaning.

We had not cleaned our windows in the 14 years that we have owned our house. Marvin and his crew did an amazing job. The cleaned the screens. Everything just looks amazing. He was even 23 minutes early for our 9am appointment.

Amazing. Marvin and his wife run a tight ship. I called and needed to be fit in to get my real estate photos done. I am incredibly impressed with how quickly Marvin and his crew came out to give the bid, do the work, and clean up after themselves. This was a tough job and the results were amazing. I have had Marvin at my house several times over the years and I've used a couple other services, too.  I like Marvin's the best.  I called for an appointment within three days the crew was there ready to go.  They cleaned all four sides of windows (storm windows included).  Most of my windows are multi-pane.  It's an old house so there are no removable mullions-just lots of 8X8 panes.  22 windows on the first floor-10 on the second.  They were done in less than 3 hours.  They may be a little more expensive but the crew works hard and does a good job.  All good.

It's just fine. It was very good. They're quick and the quality service is good.

Mr. Orr and his crew have cleaned windows in three of my homes now, and I wouldn't use anyone else.  Polite, neat, fast and thorough.  He's been running this business for 54 years, both commercial and residential.  Amazing.

I have had Mr. Orr's Staff in before and they always do a thorough and complete job.

I left a voice mail contact in the afternoon and received a call that evening at 7 PM.  They were willing to come since we are having such a warm spell in January, and agreed to come the next day.  They were prompt, professional, did a great cleaning of our very dirty windows. We have some that are a complicated system of storm windows and they handled it beautifully. Our house sparkles.

It went perfectly. Easy to schedule, and after letting them in I was free to run errands and get other things done. They are a great group of people.

They are always on time, great at what they do and the crew is full of quality people with solid work ethics. (Especially considering the weather they sometimes need to work with here in Wisconsin!) If you hire Marvin's you won't regret it.

Just fine.  I've had Marvin's come twice a year for three years now.  They're fantastic.

He does changes my windows out for me seasonally and he does a very nice job. I spent about $250 the last time I used him. I like that he is courteous and he does a good job. He is also responsive and pleasant.

They do an outstanding job.  It looks as though I don't even have glass in my windows after they leave.   They do all four sides of the windows, so it's always the best the windows have every looked once they've done their work.  I have a two story house, and they're done cleaning them in about 3 hours.  They do a beautiful job; I will use them over and over again.

Charles (owner) promptly provided me with an estimate for his services. He oversaw the work, as well as being personally involved in the cleaning of 65 windows in my home. Charles made sure that I was satisfied with the cleaning, and it was apparent that he took pride in his work, as he was focused on the quality of the services. The windows are sparkling clean and I would highly recommend this company!

I love those guys. They once did only the outside. So, I had them come back and do both. They charged me $140 for the last service. They were really efficient. They were in and out of here very quickly. There were four or five guys who worked together. They did a super job. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

I called for an estimate for cleaning the windows on both townhouses and I was given a price of $225.00. However, one week later at the time of his arrival, Marvin said the fee quoted was only for one townhouse. That was all that was done. Later the person who gave me the quote called and I said that I thought the $225 was for the whole house and she said that was what she believed too. I can't help feeling like this was "bait and switch".

I am so pleased with this company and their service. They were perfectly prompt. The team was fast and courteous. I think the windows in my 1946 home had never been professionally clean - it's like I bought a new house. They were very organized. The job was done very well. Inside, outside, storm windows. Crystal clear - for a great price. Charles and his crew are great. I scheduled the work with Dorothy and she was also a pleasure.

They were superb. I would definitely hire them again.

Excellent work - to costly. Paid $750.00 last year and thought that was high. 1/2 day work for 3guys= $ 850.00?? Not in my book. Will be looking for someone less expensive in the future.

Very well! They arrived on-time, and completed without their time estimate. Windows looked great, workers were very friendly with us and our children. Would definitely use them again.

Very well. The workers were efficient and the whole crew worked from start to finish. It was obvious they all had specific parts and the work was coordinated so all were done with their parts about the same time.
