JIM GAUGER WAS GREAT. EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND RESPONSIVE TO ALL OUR QUESTIONS. WE ARE FIRST-TIME HOMEOWNERS, SO WE HAD MANY QUESTIONS. HE GAVE US HIS HOME NUMBER AND ALWAYS KEPT US UP TO DATE ON THE CURRENT STATUS OF OUR APPLICATION. JIM ATTENDED THE CLOSING TOO. HE MADE THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE PAINLESS.
