I stopped by the store and spoke to the receptionist in person. She was exceptional -- knowledgeable, professional -- and got me a morning appointment 3 days out. The serviceman arrived promptly and installed the mirrors within an hour. One mirror got slightly chipped on one edge, and another mirror doesn't lay perfectly flat against the wall, although neither issue would be noticeable to most people. I would have liked it if he had checked the walls prior to installation and would have foreseen the bowed-wall issue. Also, it would have been a huge perk for him to clean the mirrors after installation -- something the original mirror installers had done for me. However, they look great overall, and the price was reasonable.

Great service; door was fixed and returned in the same day; $25 charge to pick up and deliver, but that was OK. I could not get he screen door into my car.
