"Hello. I do apologize I never received a notification from Angies list we had a review until today from another review or this would have been addressed earlier. I can assure you that I was extremely professional answering the phones and the date you called we were busy and the job was scheduled for the following date at that time. I did just go back and make sure I checked to verify. The reason the techs were not given the work order was because the job was in the books for the next day and not that date. I never received a message about anything on the business phone so you may have called the technicians personal cell phone and not here which means I never received the message at all."
"This job was quite some time ago- so I took a look at the invoice, and this job required a full tear out which is why the price is the total that it is. If you did not inform the Service Tech before the job was quoted out that you were an Angies list member it would not have been applied, as we would have no way of knowing you are an Angies list member without you telling us. Discounts are not able to be applied after the job has been quoted out or completed. Also if you have called the number 414 645 1686 that is directly to me at the office and I have not received any calls nor messages which is why their has been no call returned. If you do call us I can certainly get someone out their for a service call."
I called and they came out the same day. They got in and replaced the spring in an hour and I was sprung!
Unfortunately i cannot say if they do good work, or are reasonable.... since they failed to show up or even call within the 3 hour time frame they gave me.
I can understand if jobs run long, and the next job is delayed BUT!!!!
at 12:15 i call their office to ask why i have not received a call yet from the service person, and i was told, with surprise that she would call him and ask why.... at 12:45 i again call the office, but this time, instead of the pleasant and confused, ready to help person i get an answering machine.
It is now 2:00 and i am still wondering just what happened to that service person.
Customer service is really something that should not be so difficult to understand.

A simple call is all you needed to make, instead you choose to not call at all, or even try.
UPDATE
at about 330, yesterday evening a service person arrived at my door apologizing for the other driver and was unaware of what had happened to him.
He completed the job and did good work, for this i will improve my rating of this job, but i still feel that it is unacceptable to leave your customers hanging.
"I do apologize about this [Member name removed], we had an extremely odd day here which is no excuse. It took me a while to get a hold of the Tech and when I did I found out he had a broken down truck and was urgently trying to find someone to pick it up and get it fixed right away which is why i wasn't able to get a hold of him, I than called my service tech John which is the Tech that came out to your home a 3 and informed him i needed him over their, unfortunately i assumed he would call and update you and he assumed I would call and update with the information and time. I do apologize on that. I did run out around 1230ish and grabbed lunch and I answer the messages when i return. My service Tech did NOT charge for the cables or the Credit Card 4 percent charge since we were late. I also did not that he gave you a quote for a new Liftmaster and wood bracing, i would like to give you a $20.00 discount if you do end up going with us. I am the office manager Shyla Brown just refer to me. Thank you"
They did a great job and did it quickly. The response time was great. The tech was professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them..

called them several weeks later, after receiving confirmation of payment, to ask if the 10% angies list discount was applied, because on the estimate and the invoice it did not show the discount - I did mention that I was a angies list member and would like the discount. given an answer that just did not sound right. am not sure if I, in fact, did get the discount.
